Each and every package is completely unique. However, some of our most common packages are 5 to 6 hours. You are allowed to begin set up in late morning with no additional cost for set up.
If you book any of our wedding ceremony packages you are welcome to a complimentary rehearsal several days prior to your event provided there are no other events or reservations for that day. Also be sure to ask about our custom rehearsal packages that include other activities, BBQs and specialty dinners.
Yes there is an on site manager and staff depending on the package and services you select.
All events do require our clients to provide an event policy for that day. Event insurance is extremely inexpensive and easy to obtain though a private provider or your existing home owners insurance provider. All outside vendors must provide at minimum at 2 million dollar policy in able to be allowed to provide event services at our event space.
When required, depending on the size of your event, guest size & event times, security officer(s) are provided for additional cost. Each package is different.
When allowed and fits within the guidelines of your specific event, Valet Parking can be made available for an additional cost.
Vendors will be allowed to set up the day of on a provided timeline. All vendors must be complete and off site within one hour of the conclusion of the event. Custom special circumstances are available (IE Next Day Pick Up) by special request, sometimes at additional cost.
Typically all vehicles are not allowed to be left over night unless a specific arrangement has been made in writing in advance for special circumstances. The silos is not liable for any theft or vandalism to any vehicles on site.
Yes, indoor and outdoor heaters are available for rent during the colder season. Costs depend on event times, guest counts and areas utilized by the client.
